Amanda posed nude for a poster for PETA—People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals—joining many other caring celebrities who have gotten naked for the cause. In addition, Amanda walked outside the Olympic village at the 2008 Beijing Olympics on August 6, 2008 and spent ten minutes with the media unveiling the poster and posing for pictures beside it before returning.
